What’s the next event in Monopoly GO?

Monopoly GO has tons of different events for you to participate in, from daily tournaments to monthly Partners events and seasonal minigames with dozens of valuable rewards. Events are the way to go if you want to keep your dice high and obtain prizes like Wild Stickers and five-star card packs.

As of January 30, 2025, Monopoly GO has an ongoing main event, tournament, and Peg-E’s Prize Drop. Plushie Partners recently ended, with Peg-E’s Prize Drop following almost immediately after. A new season, Artful Tales, also began earlier this month and will last until March 2025.

Season – Artful Tales

• Start Date: January 16, 2025
• End Date: March 6, 2025

Monopoly GO’s Artful Tales album includes 17 themed sets, with 10,000 dice, a Visual Virtuoso board token, and cash up for grabs as completion rewards.

Banner Event – Winter Games

• Start Date: January 29, 2025, 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET
• End Date: January 31, 2025, 5 a.m. PT / 8 a.m. ET

The next Monopoly GO main event will begin on January 31, 2025, at 5 a.m. PT / 8 a.m. ET. Winter Games is your first opportunity to receive Peg-E Prize Drop tokens, giving you a quick head start toward obtaining brand-new emojis and board tokens. Collecting these is the key to progressing quickly during this recurring event.

Tournament – Curl Champs

• Start Date: January 30, 2025, 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET
• End Date: January 31, 2025, 5 a.m. PT / 8 a.m. ET

Monopoly GO’s tournaments are typically daily, giving you a few thousand dice as potential rewards and leaderboard ranking prizes depending on how many railroad points you collect. Curl Champs, in particular, lets you grab Peg-E Prize Drop tokens to obtain some bonus dice, cash, and exclusive emojis.

Special Event – Plushie Partners

• Start Date: January 24, 2025
• End Date: January 29, 2025

Monopoly GO’s latest special event is a new variation of Peg-E’s Prize Drop featuring emojis and board tokens as its main rewards. Peg-E’s Prize Drop is a carnival-style plinko game where you drop tokens down a board and watch them bounce off various pegs before they fall into point holes. As you collect points, you’ll advance through numerous reward tiers, with this version focusing on giving you dice.

The previous event was Plushie Partners, a team event where you and four partners collect Teddy Bear tokens, spin a points wheel, and build up some adorable plushie buildings. Along the way, you’ll receive various prizes, with the grand prize including 5,000 dice, a Swap Pack, and a Husky token.

Monopoly GO Quick Wins list – January 30

Alongside your regular events and minigames, Monopoly GO also has a Quick Wins list that gives you a small amount of dice and cash. Each day, you can collect various milestone prizes for finishing all three Quick Wins, with a weekly prize usually consisting of five-star packs or Wild Stickers.
